So What Does A Lifestyle Newborn Session Look Like, Anyway???

I get asked fairly often about what exactly a "lifestyle" in-home or in-studio newborn session consists of. Whether I use props like mini beds or suitcases to lay Baby in, or if I wrap Baby in a sweet swaddle and put a crown of flowers on her head. Lifestyle is very natural. I really don't use many, if any, props during a session. I typically ask Mom and Dad (and siblings if applicable) to snuggle Baby, hold/kiss/shower attention on Baby, get lots of detail shots of toes, hands , faces, hair, and solo shots of Baby in their diaper, or swaddled up and sleeping.
